Claims Page Description

The Claims page in the workspace platform provides a detailed view of all current claims, allowing users to manage and respond to incoming messages efficiently. While the claims page can be disabled, it can help with organizing a large influx of messages and ensuring all messages are answered in a timely fashion by your users. Here's a breakdown of the elements on the Claims page:

Main Claims Area

  • Current Claims Table: Lists all active claims in the workspace.

    • Columns: Displays columns such as Phone Number, Response, and Meta Data.
    • Actions: Each claim has action buttons:
      • Claim (Blue Button): Assigns the claim to the current user, moving the conversation to the Messages page.
      • Archive (Grey Button): Moves the claim to the Archived section.
      • Stop (Red Button): Adds the number to the stop list and prevents further messaging.
      • Assign to User(Green Button): Allows you to assign the claim a user in your workspace
  • Total Claims: Displays the total number of claims.

  • Columns Dropdown: Allows the user to select which columns to display.

  • Claims Dropdown: Options to filter claims.

  • All Campaigns Dropdown: Filter claims by specific campaigns.

  • Sort Dropdown: Options to sort claims (e.g., Newest, Oldest).

Detailed Claims View

  • Phone Number: Displays the contact's phone number.
  • Response: Shows the latest message received from the contact.
