Campaign Types Definitions
Single Blast:
- A Single Blast campaign sends a custom message to all contacts included in the uploaded data at once. Message send time varies depending on the number of messages being sent.
Burst:
- A Burst campaign is similar to a Single Blast campaign but distributes the messages over multiple days at specified times. Users need to input the number of days, the time to send messages each day, and whether to send messages on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). This helps in spreading out the messaging load and managing responses more effectively.
Scheduled:
- A Scheduled campaign allows users to set a specific date and time for the messages to be sent. This type is useful for planning campaigns in advance and ensuring messages are sent at the most opportune time for engagement.
Hook:
- A Hook campaign is designed to trigger messages based on specific events or actions. Details on configuring and using Hook campaigns are provided when clicking into the created hook campaign
Personal:
- A Personal campaign is tailored for multi-user workspaces where the campaign replies are managed individually by the sender. Unlike other campaign types where responses can be handled by any user in the workspace, a Personal campaign ensures that only the sender can see and manage the replies.
Campaign Setup:
- Upload Contact List: Option to upload a list of contacts for the campaign.
- Download Contact Excel Template: Button to download a template for contact data.
- Options: Various settings for campaign setup including forward number override, filter master, filter channels, disable campaign claims, time zone scheduling, and messaging number pool.
- Include Image: Option to add an image to the campaign message.
- Tracked Link: Option to create a shortened tracked link for the campaign.
- Edit Text Message: Field to edit the campaign message, with options to use templates and add variables.
- Auto Response on Yes: Toggle to enable automatic responses, when enabled you will be able to enter a message to send once the contact responds with "Yes".
- Campaign Permissions: Add or remove workspace users from the campaign.
The Campaigns page is designed to provide a comprehensive interface for managing all aspects of campaign creation, setup, and monitoring, ensuring users can efficiently run and track their campaigns.
