Main Workspace Users Area

  1. Users Table:

    • Email: Displays the email address of the user.
    • Name: Shows the name of the user.
    • Role/Permissions: Indicates the role and permissions of the user (e.g., admin, senior, user). Dropdown to change the user's role. Roles/Permissions Summary
    • Joined: Shows the date and time when the user joined the workspace.
    • User Actions: Buttons to perform actions on the user account.
  2. Edit User Panel:

    • Id: Displays the user's unique ID.
    • Email: Shows the email address of the user.
    • Name: Displays the name of the user.
    • Role/Permission: Dropdown to change the user's role.
    • Claim Limits: Set limits for the number of claims the user can manage.
    • Call Forwarding: Field to set or update the user's call forwarding number.
    • Verified Number: Displays the verified number associated with the user.
    • Toggle Options: Various toggles to enable or disable user-specific settings such as:
      • Disable Manual Blasts
      • Personal Campaigns
      • Exclude From Campaigns
    • Manual Blast Limit: Set a limit for the number of manual blasts the user can send.
    • Nation Builder Recruiter Id: Field to enter the Nation Builder Recruiter ID.
    • Delete Button: Option to delete the user account.

NB Connections

User Groups

  • Add Group: Button to create a new user group.
  • Group List: Displays the list of user groups with options to manage and delete each group.

  • Unassigned Users: List of users not assigned to the selected group with options to add them.

Invite Users

  • Invite User Fields: Fields to enter the email, first name, last name, and call forwarding number for the new user.
  • Add User Button: Button to add the user to the invitation list.
  • Invite Button: Button to send the invitation to the added users.
