The Subscribers page in the workspace platform provides an interface for managing subscriber lists, allowing users to organize and archive their lists effectively. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the elements on the Subscribers page:

Main Subscribers Area

  1. Subscriber Lists Management:

    • Add New List: Button to create a new subscriber list. Clicking the '+' button next to the field allows the user to add a new list Enter a name for the new subscriber list first.
    • Search Lists: Search bar to find specific subscriber lists by name.
    • Show Archived: Button to toggle the view of archived subscriber lists.
  2. Subscriber Lists:

    • All Lists: Displays the the all subscriber list, has the ability to send a message to all lists.
    • List Names: Each list name is displayed with the number of subscribers in parentheses.
    • Archive Button: A red button next to each list name allows the user to archive the list, effectively removing it from the active view.
    • Active/Archived Toggle: The user can toggle between viewing active and archived lists.
  3. Subscriber Lists Count:

    • Total Lists: Displays the total number of subscriber lists at the top right of the list section.


Inside Subscriber list area

  1. Subscriber Summary:

    • Total Subscribers: Displays the total number of subscribers in the selected list.
  2. Upload New Subscribers:

    • Private Toggle: Option to set the subscriber list as private, allowing only the user to see and update the list.
    • Filter Against All Lists: Toggle to filter new subscribers against all existing lists to avoid duplicates.
    • Choose Lists to Filter Against: Dropdown to select specific lists to filter against to avoid duplicates.
    • Upload Area: Drag and drop area to upload an Excel file containing new subscribers
  3. Subscriber Campaigns:

    • Campaign: Displays the name of the campaign associated with the subscriber list.
    • Created: Shows the date and time when the campaign was created.
    • Archive Button: Button to archive the campaign.
  4. Campaign Creation:

    • Campaign Name: Field to enter the name of the campaign.
    • Select Campaign Type: Options to select the type of campaign:
      • Single Blast: Send a custom message to all contacts at once.
      • Burst: Distribute messages over multiple days.
      • Scheduled: Set a specific date and time for the messages to be sent.
      • Hook: Trigger messages based on specific events or actions.
      • Personal: Replies and claims are managed individually by the sender.
    • Permissions: Options to remove all users from the campaign or add excluded users.
    • Create Button: Button to create the campaign.

This Subscribers page is designed to provide users with comprehensive tools to manage their subscriber lists, create targeted campaigns, and ensure that new subscribers are efficiently integrated into their existing communication strategy.
