The Contacts page in the workspace platform provides a comprehensive view of all uploaded contacts and allows users to manage these contacts efficiently. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the elements on the Contacts page:


Main Contacts Area

  1. Contacts Management Buttons:

    • Download Contacts List: Button to download the full list of contacts. A download link will be sent to the user’s email.
    • Download Stops List: Button to download the list of stopped contacts. A download link will be sent to the user’s email.
    • Add Stop Number: Button to manually add a number to the stop list, preventing further communication with that number.
  2. Contacts Table:

    • Name: Displays the name of the contact if available.
    • Number: Shows the contact’s phone number.
    • Meta: Displays additional metadata associated with the contact, such as company name, position, or other custom fields.
    • Channel: Indicates the channel through which the contact was reached.
    • Last Touch: Shows the date and time of the last interaction with the contact.
    • Stop Button: A green button to stop communication with the contact. Clicking this button will add the contact to the stop list.
  3. Search and Filters:

    • Search Bar: Allows users to search for specific contacts by name, number, or other metadata.
    • Active/Stop Filters: Toggles to view either active contacts or stopped contacts.

The Contacts page is designed to provide users with a clear and organized view of their contact list, along with the necessary tools to manage and interact with their contacts efficiently.
