The Number Lookups page in the workspace platform provides an interface for managing and viewing the status of number lookup tasks to determine mobile and landline status, as well as creating new lookups. Here's a detailed breakdown of the elements on the Number Lookups page:



Main Number Lookups Area

  1. Lookups Table:

    • List Name: Displays the name of the list being processed.
    • Contacts Uploaded: Shows the number of contacts uploaded for the lookup.
    • Contacts Filtered: Indicates the number of contacts filtered out.
    • Mobile: Number and percentage of contacts identified as mobile numbers.
    • Fixed Line: Number and percentage of contacts identified as fixed line numbers.
    • VoIP: Number and percentage of contacts identified as VoIP numbers.
    • Toll-Free: Number and percentage of contacts identified as toll-free numbers.
    • Unknown: Number and percentage of contacts whose type could not be determined.
    • Cost: The cost associated with the lookup task.
    • Completed On: The date and time when the lookup was completed.
    • Status: The current status of the lookup task, such as "lookup in progress," "complete," or "ready."
    • Actions: Buttons to manage the lookup task:
      • Campaign: Button to create a campaign using the lookup results. You will be able to choose which results of the lookup to contact
      • Download: Button to download the lookup results.
      • Lookup: Button to initiate a new lookup task (greyed out if the lookup is in progress).
  2. Create New Lookup:

    • Lookup Button: This button allows users to initiate a new number lookup task. Clicking this button will open a new interface for uploading contacts and start the number lookup.
  3. Lookups in Progress:

    • Status Indicators: Visual indicators showing the progress of ongoing lookups.

The Number Lookups page is designed to provide users with a comprehensive overview of their number lookup tasks, including detailed statistics on the types of numbers identified, the costs incurred, and the status of each lookup. The inclusion of the "Create New Lookup" button allows users to easily initiate new lookup tasks, ensuring efficient management and utilization of their contact lists for various campaigns and communications.
