The dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of the workspace's activities and statistics. It is divided into multiple sections, each offering specific insights and controls:

Top Navigation Bar

  • Company Logo: Displayed on the top left.
  • User Information: Shows the name and role (e.g., Admin, Senior or User) of the logged-in user.
  • Workspace ID: Displays the current workspace ID.
  • Light/Dark Mode Toggle: Allows switching between light and dark themes.

Left Sidebar

  • Navigation Menu:
    • Dashboard: Home screen of the dashboard.
    • Claims: Access to workspace claims.
    • Messages: Direct messaging interface.
    • Campaigns: Manage and create campaigns.
    • Contacts: Manage contact lists.
    • Subscribers: Overview of subscribers.
    • Lookups: Access lookup tools.
    • Workspace: Settings and management of the workspace.
    • Integrated Apps: Manage integrated applications (No integrations shown).
    • Logout: Log out of the platform.

Main Dashboard Area

  1. Message Status History:

    • Delivered Messages: Number of messages delivered.
    • Responded Messages: Number of messages with replies.
    • Undelivered Messages: Number of messages not delivered.
    • Stop Messages: Number of stop messages received.
    • Spam Messages: Number of spam messages identified.
  2. Message Heatmap:

    • A visual representation of message activity across different states in the USA.
  3. Users Section:

    • Displays the list of users in the workspace along with their roles.
  4. Flags:

    • Shows the current workspace flags in use, including the flag name and color.
  5. User Sent Manual Blast Campaign:

    • Statistics on manual blast campaigns sent by users.
  6. Current Pricing:

    • Summary of current segments, cost per segment, and available credit.
  7. Most Recent Campaigns:

    • Lists the most recent campaigns with details such as name, type, time sent, queued messages, sent messages, delivered messages, undelivered messages, responses, failed messages, stop messages, and segments.
  8. Data Download Options:

    • Allows downloading data for the day, week, or month, along with start and end dates for custom data download.

This dashboard is designed to provide a clear and efficient overview of the workspace activities, helping users manage campaigns, messages, and contacts effectively.
