Elements of the Workspace Logs Page

  1. Log Entries Table:

    • Type: This column indicates the category of the log entry (e.g., Campaign Log, Channel Log).
    • Details: Provides a description of the event or action that took place, including the user who performed the action and specifics about what was done (e.g., campaign creation, channel claim).
    • Time: The timestamp indicating when the event or action occurred.
  2. Filter Dropdown:

    • Located at the top right corner, this dropdown allows users to filter the logs based on different categories:
      • All: Displays all log entries.
      • Call: Filters to show only call-related logs.
      • Campaign: Filters to show only campaign-related logs.
      • Channel: Filters to show only channel-related logs.

Usage

  • Monitoring User Activities: The logs provide visibility into the activities of different users, helping administrators ensure that actions within the workspace are authorized and trackable.
